The details

Is my rewards login the same as my store account?
Yes. Your EZ BINZ™ account is your rewards account. There is no second login to remember. Sign in at the top of any page and your points travel with you.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing, and you do not need to buy anything. Creating an account lands 1,000 points, worth $10 off your next order with no minimum.
What is a point worth?
100 points equals $1. So 500 points is $5 off, 1,000 points is $10 off, and 2,000 points is $20 off. Earning 5 points per $1 works out to 5% back on everything you spend.
When do points appear?
Automatically, the moment your order is paid. If an order is refunded, the points come back off just as automatically.
Do my points expire?
No. Your balance stays with your account, and we will always email you before anything about the program changes.
Can I use points on top of a sale?
Yes. Points stack on top of whatever promotion is running, so they are always additional.
I already bought a bin. Do I get points for it?
You do. Create your account and every past order is credited at the same 5 points per $1. A previous $250 bin opens your account with roughly $12.50 already waiting.
How does referring work?
Create your account, then share your link. Your friend takes $20 off their first bin, and your $40 in credit unlocks once their order is fulfilled. The credit is spendable on any EZ BINZ™ order and is never paid out as cash.
Do Amazon orders earn points?

Return the package according to the information provided by customer service using a trackable mailing method. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Step Three

After the item is shipped as per our instructions, send a copy of the courier receipt or shipping label to the customer service mailbox.

Return FAQs

What is your return policy?

Unused merchandise is eligible for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of order. All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original product packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Items denoted as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow up to 4 weeks for a credit to appear on your original form of payment.
How do I make a return?

You can initiate a return by clicking the "Start Your Return" button above, then entering in your order number, email address and billing zip code.  
Will I get a confirmation of my purchase?

Yes, you will receive one or more of the following emails after your order is placed: Order Confirmation, Shipment Confirmation and/or Return Confirmation.
