Shipping policy

We process and ship your order as quickly as we can. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 4–6 business days after payment is received, and usually arrive within 7–12 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Delays

Shipments can be delayed by national holidays, bad weather or other things outside our control. If there is a significant delay, we will send you an updated delivery date within 48 hours of the original ship date.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed around December 24–25 and December 31–January 1 may take longer to process.
